You could keep paying for six tools that don't talk to each other, and the seventh hidden cost — a founder doing process work that the software should be doing. Or, just use Arx.
Because tiered SaaS pricing is a way to charge larger companies more, and you are not a larger company yet. We don't want to slow you down when you should be sending an update or closing a SAFE.
Yes. 14 days, free. Add a card during signup to begin — you won't be charged until day 15, and one click cancels before then. Card processing is handled by Stripe; we never see the digits.
We offer annual billing at $990/year (two months free) once your trial converts.
Yes. Add every co-founder, every advisor, your fractional CFO, your operations hire. Roles are Owner, Admin, Member. The price doesn't move.
All billing goes through Stripe. You can update your card, see invoices, download receipts, and cancel directly from the Stripe customer portal — reachable in two clicks from Settings → Billing. No support ticket required.
Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days after cancellation, so you can export anything you need (cap table CSV, forecast Excel, deck PDF, your investor update history). After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. Investors who had access to your data room lose access immediately upon cancellation.
Yes — that's the whole point. Connect Gmail in Settings → Integrations and Arx sends updates from your address. Replies thread back into your inbox like any other email.
Cap tables and SAFEs are sensitive. We treat them that way. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with a separate key. Row-level security gates every database query. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every account. We do not train AI models on your tenant data.
Not necessarily. Arx is designed for the years between zero and Series A. Once you have a 409A, multiple share classes, secondary transactions, and an actual general counsel, Carta is built for that world. We see Arx and Carta as life-stage tools, not direct competitors. (We wrote about this at length here.)
We have a partner program. Funds and accelerators can sponsor Arx for portfolio companies for 12 months. Email partners@foundersarx.com.
Email hi@foundersarx.com. We read every note. The most-requested integrations (Outlook & Attio) are on the roadmap; founder requests reorder it.
14 days, no card. Everything Arx does, $99 thereafter.
